Mary Poll-Collins has been dancing for 26 years in the St. Louis MO area. She began teaching ballet, tap, jazz and children's theater at the age of 15 at Nottingham community school in Saint Louis Hills MO.  She attended Webster University for dance for 3 years.  After seeing the Japanese version of 'Shall We Dance' in 1996 and visiting U Can Dance with a college friend, she found her love for Ballroom Dance.  She has been teaching and instructing various types of partner and ballroom dance for 10 years and specializes in all levels of Ballroom, Swing and Latin/Rhythm dance and  ballroom dance sport.
She has competed across the nation winning numerous top teacher awards while receiving several top professional awards. She credits most of her Ballroom training to her husband, Stan Collins, in conjunction with regular coaching from World and National Champions in all forms of partner dance.
